This is our cluster...yes, this was during a day of "technical training". We work hard.
A typical day at language class....Edward, our teacher.
Angela and I with our "to-go" coffees...look at the cute little bags!
Results of our clothing drive! Look at all those boxes....
You know....everyday life.

Great pictures! Still looking for the pimple!
Hi Lynn,
I've had you address sitting on my table since I ran into you at Starbucks. Does that feel like forever ago?
You look good on the photos-I can't see a pimple anywhere. If you were in Ecuador, there'd be a fruit or vegetable that would cure that.
Have you experienced food poisoning? Is that the puking in the backyd...?
I can so relate to the poverty and your frustration. When I'm in south American countries, I just want to write big checks and empty out my savings acct. I just always try to remember that to those that have been given much, much is expected. We feel pretty rich and pretty blessed as teachers in Mtwc(my spouse works at Washington now, too-7th gd science).
Anyway, I'm glad you like your family and it is a positive experience. (by the way, we were always served first and given preferential seating everywhere also-oh that we could be so generous and gracious).
Jenny s may leave in a month for Russia. Perhaps she's emailed you.
Take care. It was fun to read your blog and look at pic's. How's the language coming? Yikes!
pam a, wash jhs
Gosh, I miss you. Keep the pics coming!
